- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Sign up, get 14 days, decide whether to subscribe.
- What happens after the trial?
- If you don't subscribe, your tenant moves to read-only for 7 days, then deactivates. You can reactivate by subscribing.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrades happen immediately and prorate.
- Do you support custom domains?
- Every workspace gets its own subdomain at signup (e.g., yourcompany.lineraflow.com). Custom domains are on the roadmap.
- Can I import my existing catalog?
- Yes. CSV import with dry-run validation is built in. Most distributors migrate themselves without help.
- Which integrations are included?
- Shopify and QuickBooks Online at launch. Your plan determines how many integrations you can connect at once.
- Is there a free tier?
- No. We don't think a business running its inventory on a free plan is sustainable for either side.
- What if my catalog is bigger than 10,000 SKUs?
