Which one is cheaper for a five-person team?
It depends on the shape of the team rather than its size, because the two systems charge on different axes. A per-user model scales with headcount, so adding warehouse staff who only need to look things up costs the same as adding a manager. A fixed-plan model scales in steps, so the question is which plan tier your SKU count and location count land you in. Compare the plan you would actually buy, not the entry price.
Does LineraFlow handle manufacturing or assembly?
No. There is no bill of materials, no work orders, and no production scheduling, and none of that is on the near roadmap. If you assemble finished goods from components, inFlow covers workflows LineraFlow does not, and that should decide it — a distributor-shaped tool will not stretch to a manufacturing shape.
Can both systems sync with Shopify and QuickBooks?
Both list integrations with both platforms, but the interesting question is what direction data flows and what happens on conflict. LineraFlow syncs products, inventory, and orders in both directions and treats itself as the source of truth when the two disagree.
